Jumper “Kim”

Kim is very special – actually it should become a cardigan but some ideas led to this jumper. I just used the pattern pieces to create a new kind of jumper – with pure Merinowool and leftover materials. Every „Kim“ is unique. Collection „WildThing“ This collection is not, as often at elbfeeberlin, inspired by a book or a vacation trip. I tried to consider the zero-waste-sustainability and that´s why I collected all leftovers of wool, and I mean really all leftovers. I have collected – and decided to create new pieces – especially new jumpers. And several months ago I was bequested with fabrics from a former tailor. I have combined all these leftovers with some materials that I often use and really love – pure wool, merino and fairtrade-cotton. The collection „WildThing“ consists of ten pieces – nine jumpers and one skirt, that fits all. Every item is produced in Berlin, made with love in my studio. When I thought about names for my collection some female pop singers oft he 80s came in to my mind. They and their wild and independent appearance match the wild and strong character of the collection .
