The entire process was nothing but professional & smooth – they asked all the right questions at the beginning and throughout the design process and sent update photos. On top of that, once the cardigan was done they shipped it SO quickly – I was actually shocked at how fast it came. I’m seriously so obsessed with this cardigan and will be wearing it all fall & winter and will cherish it for forever.
