I never received the necklace that was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife! The money was refunded to me by ETSY, but the disappointment of my wife and I cannot be made good!Absolutely not recommended!!!!
Hallo Thyes, ich hatte Ihnen mehrmals geantwortet. Aufgrund der hohen Paketmenge vor Weihnachten kann es mal vorkommen das ein Päckchen verschwindet. Ich hatte Ihnen sogar angeboten eine neue Kette zu versenden. Ich kann doch nichts für die Post. Es ist wirklich sehr schade, dass sie mir jetzt eine derart schlechte Bewertung hinterlassen. Unfortunately, part of the rock crystal at the bottom was not real!!It seemed strange to me that the bottom end felt different and was transparent like glass. That’s why I went to a jeweler, who unfortunately confirmed my suspicions. When I contacted the saleswoman, she denied it. Too bad, fortunately she took the chain back.
