Overall a bad experience. I wanted to be careful not to order something shipped from another continent to keep emissions low – thats why I chose this shop. I assumed that the article was handcrafted. That was not the case. When it arrived I saw that it was produced in China. That means the seller orders stuff from China, just to ship it in Europe.
Besides that, I wanted to return the article and have a refund. They said that it is possible. I returned the prdouct and sent back the package. I never heard from them again, even though I asked if it had arrived. Neither – of course – did I get the promised refund.
