I ordered the black woven small bag. I was quite disappointed when I received the bag and felt deceived. The title of the bag said genuine leather, but what I received is an artificial leather bag with strong plastic smell. The seller even try out desiccator inside the bag but it still doesn’t cover the plastic smell. The bag looks cute and the leather is very soft but is definitely synthetic not animal leather. I paid $139 plus tax for a genuine leather bag, but I think this plastic bag definitely not worth this price

We really appreciate customer feedbacks but this bag is really made out of genuine leather. We wish you would’ve spoke to us when you got it so we could’ve done more for you.
