There was a delay in receiving the bag, but I was kept reassured at all times. Upon receipt the bag is seemingly perfect for my requirements. It has many more pockets and zips than I could have wished for. They all work very positively as well. The bag will comfortably hold my 15 inch MacBook Pro plus DSLR, standard lens and my big zoom. There would still be space to pack a few non photographic items so the bag looks perfect for the reduced space provided by air lines for under seat storage.
