My son says the leather travel bag is very nice! The leather is good quality, is sewn very well, and is very attractive! The size is great – roomy enough but not cumbersome. The side pockets are very convenient for items like keys, passport, and phone which you need quick access to. The item came a great distance very quickly! The seller is very responsive and helpful! I would buy from this seller again in a heartbeat!

Love the style of the bag, and the main structure is well made.
The straps however are very flimsy and tore within days.
Seller initially said they’d replace, but backtracked and suggested I get it repaired myself locally. I told the seller the cost of repairing locally and they complained it was too expensive. Haven’t heard anything from them since.
Hopefully they take the feedback on board, the fault would be a pretty easy fix at source, but all things considered the interaction has been disappointing.

The sandals are very high quality and well made. I like them very much and are extremely comfortable. Shipping was very fast. Due to a wrong order, I contacted the customer service. The customer service was excellent and quickly found a solution. I will be happy to place further orders.
