Cute little owls show up on these fingerless gloves for women. The eyes are tiny glass beads. Handknitted without machine-use from organic wool (GOTS certified). These gloves will keep your hands warm. The wool is so cosy and non-scratchy. The armwarmers are easy to clean, they can be washed in the washing machine on wool cycle, the wool is pilling-free. I use mine since one year and they are as good as new. – Colours: many colors available, choose from drop-down-menue – Measures: Length 21 cm/8,3″, width unstretched ca. 8 cm/3,1″, weight ca. 42 g – Material: pure organic wool merino All gloves are knitted by me personally with great accuracy, without machine-use. After completion I rinse them in clear water, ithat smoothens the gloves even further. No detergent is used. Material and care The wool I use is GOTS certified, dyed without heavy metals, without environmental burden. Country of origin: Patagonien, certified organic, mulesinf-free, fair trade Long-lasting colours, they don’t fade in the washing machine Finest non-scratchy wool merino Care instructions: max. 30 degrees Celsius hand wash or machine wash on wool cycle. Lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry. Please do not use fabric softener. Wool – a renewable, sustainable raw material – is my fabric of choice. Wool keeps you warm while not trapping the humid air inside (as many synthetic fibers, which then cause a humid climate) but passing it off to the outside. It can store up to 1/3 of its own weight in moisture without appearing wet. I ordered the bag to match the project bag. Finally, my tape measure is no longer constantly lost. That lives in it at the moment. But for on the go I think it’s really fitting. I can also imagine myself as a bag for small hygiene products. I can definitely recommend

Every day in use and warm very well. In everyday use, I noticed that it would be nice if the gloves still had approaches for the fingers (up to the first joint). That would offer a little more protection if you can’t use the cap at the moment. Perhaps that would also be too bulging if you had to strip the cap over these finger attachments.

In line with the “big” project bag “books”, this one is perfect for my sock knitwear. Compact, it can be carried away easily. The finishes are of high quality and I am very happy. Suggestion: a small inner pocket would allow you to slide a pattern, a tape measure or a few markers without getting lost in the bottom.

My needles are quite pointed. As a result, I have already stabbed the fabric a few times. Can lack of fine motor skills be on my part 🙂 it is just very sewn to 15 cm. I think the fabric is great. Whereby I find the colors come out in nature much more than in the photo. Which I personally think is great. Is neatly processed and can be easily opened and closed.
