Item quality: I was really amazed by the quality of this dress. I was so nervous it would feel or look cheap in person but it looks just as advertised and feels soft and luxurious.
Shipping: Shipping was fast. she made my dress with custome sizing and alterations to the design and had it delivered to the USA from Ukraine all within about a month!! Giving me plenty of time to alter the dress before my wedding if I found any issues (which I didn’t).
Customer Service: She was AWESOME! I asked her to close the plunging neckline and make it more of a sweetheart and she did just that perfectly. After I sent her my measurements, she informed me that the size I ordered was not the correct size for me and said she will make it custom. Not once did she up the price because of the extra work. I never felt like I was being scammed. Love her

The shop owner was EXTREMELY polite and understanding and even shipped the dress before the two week expedited shipping, due to time restrictions. She made it perfectly according to my measurements and I am absolutely in love with this dress. When it came in the mail, I rushed to receive the package and quickly tried it on and wished that I could never take it off. It does seem heavier in person, but it is more of an illusion than heaviness. If you’re on the fence about buying this dress, DO IT!!!!! I don’t leave reviews, ever. This dress is something special.
