Terrible experience with this seller! Mistakenly ordered from this seller instead of another, but the confirmation received said would ship from the US, so did not cancel. Checked several days later, said shipment pending from China. Immediately contacted seller to cancel and received a reply (3 days later) that did not say anywhere would ship from the US. Sent back screenshot and received a reply (2 days later) that the item shipped already and could not be canceled. Received the item 2 days later with an American return address. The dress did not work. Requested to return and was told that in addition to restocking fee, would have to pay return shipping to China. Agreed to pay restocking and shipping return, but requested to ship back within US. Received nasty reply that seller was doing a favor by accepting returns at all.

The dress is marked as ‘dispatches from China’ and shipping origin is also included in item description “dress is shipped from our Chinese warehouse”. Tracking number was communicated with customer 2 days after purchase. Customer contacted us and received a reply the SAME day, again with tracking info. Her dress was delivered in just 5 business days after order reception! We use fast shipping to avoid delayed mail and orders are delivered within a very short timeframe. For her refund request we sent her in a professional manner our return conditions and the Chinese return address (US address on USPS slip is a postal warehouse where the international package was processed). We never send her any nasty replies. We wish customers would read descriptions and not be disappointed by the shipping origin that is clarify indicated.
