Very upset and disappointed. I was sent different colour instead of navy with purple shawl. Does the shop consider the customers colour blind? Do they always send what they have instead of what was ordered? My Christmas present to mom is ruined. No respect to the customers.
And why I cannot attach a picture of what I received? When I write good reviews, I can always attach a picture. Why not now?

Well I left a 5-star review before, but unfortunately I posted too soon. The first shawl I bought got torn so I ordered another one, and that one fell apart around the neck area in a week. contacted the seller, and he wanted me to pay more money to receive a new one which was a joke when I have already paid almost $100 for cheap fabric, and also have a $30 bill for shipping fees when it came through costumes which wasn’t the case the first time I ordered.. So very sad that you don’t have more care for the people who keep you in business.. So I recommend avoiding this shop, as he is not empathetic when his product falls apart because of cheapness, and its all about money. Truly Sad.
Our customer has left 5 stars earlier. After she has used the poncho she has requested a new one due to damage on the poncho. We have resend a new poncho for free and only asked for shipping. We have tried our best to make our customer happy. Thank you

The colors are beautiful but quality of the material is not good. The edges are finished with a whip stitch, which looks cheap. The tag was very prominent so I removed it, and the whip stitching came apart. The service was fine, but I do not recommend this product.
